We work with many Travel Insurance companies in addition to dedicated Medical Repatriation Services and many of these organisations arrange and execute the entire repatriation of the client. AST Ambulance Service plays its role within this service by providing a reliable ground service that is second to none.
We also have developed links with various Aircraft operators and are able to offer flight transfers as part of our complete solution. Our partners are fully licensed by the CAA to carry medical cases and fully insured for every eventuality. We have worked tirelessly to ensure the smooth issuing or security passes at airports. Our Vehicles and Staff details are retained on BAA's databases to ensure we do encounter any problems when time is critical.

Crossing the Channel on to Rescue our Clients ...
Our Pan European Ground Service ( PEGS ) sees AST vehicles crossing to Mainland Europe 2 to 3 times every week. The location of our main HQ in Surrey is perfect for crossings from Folkestone, Dover or Portsmouth . Using these routes we can access most parts of Europe quickly and easily. Every one of our vehicles is tracked using GPS Satellite technology so you can follow progress of any journey, wherever that may be.
Our fleet of MPV's are perfect for Patient Retrievals from Mainland Europe. These vehicles are some of the most versatile available. The seating configuration can easily be changed to accommodate walking wounded, patients requiring full forward leg elevation and can carry our Rugged MX Pro Stretcher Trolleys. Every vehicle carries our standard medical kit including Oxygen.
