CQC Inspected and Approved
AST Ambulance Service is delighted to announce that following a formal inspection and assessment by the Care Quality Commission, we have been unconditionally approved to operate. The inspectors remarked that AST was clearly looking to set standards within the industry and praised us on the quality of the operational procedures we follow.
Our Operations Director Stewart Lawson remarked,
'The whole team at AST are delighted with this news. This approval is formal recognition of the hard work and dedicationthat the entire team have put in to drive AST to not only being the UK's leading independent Ambulance provider, but also a recognisable force within the industry as a whole. This will help us to realise our goal of being the biggest provider of Healthcare Transport Services in the UK.'
